Ethos of Color: The Observation

This collection is intentional in its use of conventional and familiar points of reference while also highlighting the incorporation of Improv, minimalism, mixed media, concept, symbolism, constructivism, Pop, Surrealism, Hip hop, and newly emerging digital junk art styles into each piece to give the work a uniquely accessible yet dense theme throughout.The mixed use of color, mathematical components, recognizable and unrecognizable photographic imagery, and semi-automated nature of the collection is a direct commentary on the modern world's interaction with the realm of art and itself historically over time, while also being an allusion to life on Earth's interaction with the universe as that which sustains and facilitates.
